The trigger for my bottle has broken, can you help?
You can find replacements here to buy Extras– NeatClean. If you have had the bottle less than 6 months please get in touch and we will endeavour to help you.
If you are in a hard water area we recommend using filtered water to reduce any limescale build-up in the Trigger Spray Head over time. To remove any limescale build-up that has occurred, you can descale your Trigger every few months. We recommend soaking in a bowl of water mixed with Citric Acid which you can normally find at your local supermarket or DIY store.
If there is an issue or you face a problem, please get in touch.

Why is the bottle plastic?
We have chosen to use 100% post-consumer recycled plastic for this bottle for a number of reasons.
Sadly for the nature of this product to work when being sprayed upside down so that it can reach the areas traditional toilet cleaners can’t we couldn’t make this work in our aluminum bottles. This is because we couldn’t find a trigger that exists that can be applied to an aluminum bottle which means the product doesn’t leak when it’s turned upside down.
It’s also important for neat to develop products that help consumers make small swaps that make a big impact to the planet. Toilet cleaners are an area of huge plastic waste and for us to help people make a change here we wanted to launch a product that is accessible for the price.
Why is there a warning symbol on the label?
This might get a little technical so bear with us…
