💬 How to Request a Refund

Just drop us an email at hello@neatclean.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the refund request

📦 Depending on the reason, we may ask you to return the item before processing the refund. You will need to cover the cost of returning unwanted items at your own expense.


💸 When Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we can approve the refund:

  • We’ll refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow some extra time for your bank or card provider to process it

🔧 Damaged or Incorrect Items?

We are sorry if your order arrived damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered. Please email hello@neatclean.com and we’ll get this sorted for you.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.
