How do I manage my subscription?
There are many ways you can manage your subscription, including switching refill scents, skipping an order, changing your next delivery date or cancelling your subscription.

How long does a Refill last?
Before refilling your bottle again, we recommend rinsing it, as well as the pump, with clean warm water. If you live in a hard water area, we sometimes find that the limescale build-up can clog the pump a little. If this happens, soak your pump in warm water with lemon juice or citric acid, and pump the solution through a few times.
