Delivery

We currently ship to the UK only.  

For orders being shipped to England and Wales, you can choose from: 

• EVRi standard delivery (3-5 working days) - FREE for orders over £25, or £2.99 for orders below £25
• Royal Mail Tracked delivery (3-5 working days) - £1.00 for orders over £25, or £3.99 for orders below £25

For orders being shipped to Scotland, you can choose from: 

• EVRi standard delivery (3-5 working days) - FREE for orders over £25, or £2.99 for orders below £25
• Royal Mail Tracked delivery (3-5 working days) - FREE for orders over £25, or £3.99 for orders below £25

For orders being shipped to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands: 

• Royal Mail Tracked delivery (3-5 working days) - FREE for orders over £25, or £2.99 for orders below £25

If your order hasn’t arrived after 5 working days, please contact us with your order number and we’ll happily look into this for you. 

Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday).  We aim to dispatch orders placed before 11am on the same working day.  Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Returns

We offer returns for any unused and unopened products within 28 days of delivery.

To arrange a return, please contact our friendly Customer Service Team who'd be happy to help you.

If you receive damaged or faulty goods, or if you received the wrong order, please contact our Customer Service Team who'll resolve this right away for you.
